QuantiServ has been supporting power plant owners and operators for a number of years with flexible, economical and reliable maintenance and repair solutions. Our customers include power plants with four- and two-stroke diesel and gas engines, as well as hydro power plants.
Our engineers and technicians are well trained and experienced on a wide variety of engines and other plant equipment and they are usually available at short notice, particularly in emergency situations.
With some of our customers we entered into long-term agreements for component reconditioning and regular engine overhauls. This means we plan, schedule and carry out all the (major) maintenance work in a preventive manner. For other customers we provide skilled engineers and technicians to perform maintenance works on a case-by-case basis, following the planning of the plant maintenance manager.

QuantiServ has been CEM’s maintenance partner and has carried out all maintenance on the six units of low-speed engines for ten years.
We can cite a number of impressive success cases: Plants in Mexico, Jamaica, Mauritius, Martinique and the Canary Islands, to name a few, have been operating very successfully and reliably for many years with parts and service from QuantiServ. Some of the engines in these plants have surpassed 200,000 running hours and are still running at near maximum output for 8,000 hours annually!
